Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know via the Contact Us form. If the order has not been shipped, we will be happy to cancel the order and refund all charges.

Return an Item
Quantities under 20 may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the date you received the order. We will refund your purchase upon receipt of the return. Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was returned due to an error in printing or a defective item.

Quantities of 20 or more are not refundable unless it was an error in print or product. If you're interested in ordering a large quantity, it's a good idea to order one shirt initially. Once you've received and inspected the product, re-order with a larger quantity.

Customization Request
We understand everyone has individual wants and needs. If you would like to order apparel outside of the realm of our standard offering, please visit http://bizdocs.ws to choose a product that suits your needs. We will contact you regarding customization of the product upon receipt.

Care Instructions
For best results, turn your imprinted or embroidered product inside out before washing and drying. Use cold water only and a medium dryer temperature.

Due to product customization, all orders must be placed online.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through PayPal Direct. You do not have to create an account through PayPal to check out. Simply enter your credit card information over our secure server.

Sales Tax
We have a physical presence in Missouri. Orders shipped to Missouri are subject to sales tax.

Shipping
Your order will begin processing as soon as it is received or the next business day, if placed after hours. All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days unless we have made other arrangements with you on an individual basis.

Shipping Options
We will ship your order through United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service or by FedEx at our discretion. When entering your shipping information, please include a PO Box (if applicable) as well as your physical street address.
